Our prices for 2024-25
From 1 July 2024 our prices will increase as we continue to invest in the reliability and growth of water and sewerage services across the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Noosa region.
Here's why prices have changed
Our costs have increased
The price change reflects the increase in costs of goods we need to operate our business and to provide you with reliable water and sewerage services. We’ve seen a price rise on the costs to deliver our services, from chemicals, fuel and energy to waste disposal. It’s therefore necessary for us to increase our prices, to ensure we can maintain service quality, safety and reliability.
We're future-proofing our infrastructure
As part of our service and sustainability goals, we’re investing $1.8 billion over a five-year period on upgrading pipes, pumps and plants across Moreton Bay, the Sunshine Coast and Noosa to cater for population growth and maintaining safe and reliable water services for all our customers.

Payment plans
We offer payment plans for your personal circumstances. We'll work with you to set up a tailored plan you can afford.
7-day extensions
Extend the due date on your bill by 7 days - it's easy to set up online in My Account or over the phone.
Support for Pensioners
If you are an eligible pensioner, you can apply for the Pensioner Water Subsidy of up to $120 per year.
Smoothpay
Smoothpay makes budgeting for your bills easy by smoothing out your payments into smaller amounts more frequently.
