Smooth your bill into more manageable payments
Smoothpay makes budgeting for your bills easy by allowing you to even out your payments across the year by paying smaller amounts more frequently, fortnightly or monthly.
Smoothing your payments helps reduce the impact of seasonal water use and paying large bill amounts.
It's an interest-free plan with no additional fees or charges, plus it allows you to pay off existing debt of up to $500.

Setting up your Smoothpay as a direct debit is a great way to ensure your bills are paid on time, every time. This will make your Smoothpay more convenient for you and can save you time. Once set up, your payments will be made automatically from your nominated bank account or credit card.
If you don't choose direct debit, please ensure you stick to your payment amounts and frequency of payments (fortnightly or monthly) on your Smoothpay plan. The best way to do this is to set up regular BPAY payments through your bank.
