We’re making it easier for Registered Certifiers to submit Certification Packages online.
Please follow the steps below to make sure your submission is processed as quickly as possible.
Before you start
Unitywater has launched the Development Portal to streamline submission content and processing.
Before you start a submission package, ensure you have:
- the owner's consent for all land, related land and easements
- dimensioned locality plans, survey plans, hydraulic plans, network analysis as applicable
- all mandatory documents ready to upload, as stated in the Accreditation and Certification Manual in submission.
This will help ensure efficient processing of your submission.
The following submission packages are available on the Development Portal:
- Pre-requisite approvals and advice
- Pre-Lodgement Application
- Techincal Report Review
- Connection Applications (including Approval Amendment requests)
- Pre-Start
- Reports and Variations
- Provisional Certificate of Completion
- Early Works
- On Maintenance
- Certificate of Completion
- Off Maintenance.
