Privacy, confidentiality and data security are priorities for us – only an authorised person can discuss or change your account
There are two levels of authority
You will need to tell us what level of authority you would like this person to have. There are two levels of authority to choose from - Account and Full.
Account Authority: Authority to review and discuss information contained in the account but not to amend or change the owner’s account or personal information in any way. No private or personal information will be discussed or disclosed under this authority. No online access to My Account.
Full Authority: Authority to act on behalf of the property owner in all matters relating to the account. Able to review, discuss and change any information contained in the account, including personal information such as email address and bill delivery method. Includes online access to My Account.
If any authorised people leave your company, please also fill out the form below.
Authorise yourself as Company Director
If your account is in a company name, please nominate yourself as the Company Director or Secretary so we can discuss your account. You can also authorise somebody else to act on your behalf such as a relative or employee.
When a property transfers into a company name, Titles Queensland (State Government) provides us with the company name, but we do not receive any information about who owns or directs that company. This is why we require a copy of the Company Extract or Company Constitution when you first contact us.
