Prior to 1 July 2014, Councils managed the construction, alteration and disconnection to Unitywater water supply and sewerage infrastructure as part of a Development Application, and Unitywater provided Council with water supply and sewerage advice and jointly monitored the construction of water supply and sewerage assets.
