1. Update your details instantly via My Account

You can view and update your details in My Account. Any changes you make to your details in My Account are instantly updated in our records and effective immediately.

Simply go to the 'My Details' page and click on the ‘Edit Details’ buttons to update your:

  • postal address
  • bill delivery method (email, SMS or post)
  • reminder delivery method (email, SMS or post)
  • mobile and home phone numbers
  • email address for your My Account login
  • password for your My Account login

As your login security is important to us, we will send you an email to confirm any changes made to your My Account username (email address) or password. If you receive a My Account notification and did not make this change, please call our Customer Service team on 1300 086 489 to let us know it was not you.

Any other changes (e.g. postal address, mobile, home phone) will be shown on screen only.

2. Update your details by submitting an online form

You can fill out this form to submit a change of name application, but you must include a photocopy of supporting documentation (e.g. Marriage Certificate, updated Birth Certificate, or Certificate of Divorce).

Only property owners and fully authorised persons can update details on your Unitywater account.
