We’ve updated your water and sewerage bill to make it easier to read, and to provide you with more information to help you monitor you water usage and understand your account charges.
Have prices changed?
No, there have been no changes to prices or the way we charge you on this first new-look bill.
What's new and different?
- We’ve added some helpful information, such as the approximate date of your next water meter reading.
- We’ve provided you with new and improved graphs that give you an easy way to compare your daily water usage over time and with others in the Unitywater region.
- We’ve colour coded and subtotalled your water and sewerage charges on Page 2, so you can more easily distinguish these different charges.
- And we’ve also added extra details to the water and sewerage charges section on Page 2, so you can see exactly how all your charges are calculated.
