The easiest way to pay your account is by direct debit. To set it up, you can simply download and complete the Direct Debit Request form, print it out and send it to us.

Payment frequency options
Unitywater offers three direct debit payment options:
1. Paying the total amount on the due date;
2. Paying a set amount fortnightly – to be deducted every alternate Friday; or
3. Paying a set amount monthly – to be deducted on the last day of each month.
How to sign up for direct debit
To sign up for direct debit you need to complete the above form and submit it to Unitywater at least two weeks prior to the direct debit commencing. This means either, two weeks before the actual due date of your Unitywater Account if you have chosen to pay the total amount on the due date, or two weeks before you wish to start payments if you have chosen to pay fortnightly or monthly.
Fortnightly and monthly direct debit payments are paid in advance. This means that you may have either a debit or a credit on your Unitywater Account at the end of the period depending on the amount of your direct debit payments.
Once your Direct Debit Request form is processed, we will contact you in writing to advise you of the commencement date of your direct debit payments, and to confirm your nominated direct debit amount.
Please note: Incomplete direct debit forms often delay processing and can result in direct debit payments commencing after the designated start date. To help avoid this occurring, please ensure that you include all required information on your direct debit application form.
How to amend or cancel your direct debit arrangement
To make amendments to your account details, payment amounts, or to cancel a direct debit completely you are required to complete the above form and submit this to Unitywater either in person or via the post.
Please note that this must include your original signature and therefore faxes and/or emailed copies will not be accepted.
Alternatively, amendments to the payment amount or frequency can be accepted over the phone by calling customer service.
