Working around meters and manholes

Do you have a water meter or sewer manhole on your property? If you're building or landscaping around meters or manholes, there are some things you can and cannot do.

Any work around water meters should be done with caution. You are liable for the cost of repairing any damage.

Building over pipes and easements

If you’re planning to build over or near Unitywater's water and sewerage infrastructure or a Unitywater easement, you may need to apply for approval before construction starts.
