You can install these great devices in your home or business

Water-efficient shower heads

Shower heads with a three-star rating or better under the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme, or a shower head that has a maximum flow-rate of nine litres per minute.

Water-efficient taps

Taps with a three-star rating or better under WELS, or a tap that has a maximum flow-rate of nine litres per minute.

Water-efficient toilets

For new dwellings, toilets with a three-star rating (6/3 litres) or better under WELS. For existing dwellings, toilets with a one-star rating (9/4.5 litres) or better under WELS.

Water-efficient trigger sprays

Trigger sprays with a three-star rating or better under WELS, or a trigger spray with a maximum flow-rate of nine litres per minute.

This handy online tool calculates your daily water usage, compares it to previous bills and helps you see usage spikes which could indicate a hidden leak.

To use My Usage Tracker:

  1. take a reading from your water meter (here's a video showing you how)

  2. write the reading down - black numbers (kilolitres) only

  3. log in or register for My Account

  4. go to the 'My Usage' page

  5. enter your meter reading

Please note: My Usage Tracker is available for properties with one water meter.
