Pay your account quickly and easily 24/7 through your Internet or phone banking service. Contact your bank or financial institution to make this payment from your cheque, savings, debit, credit card or transaction account. Learn more about BPAY.

Please note: the BPAY biller codes have changed for Unitywater Accounts issued after 1 February 2012. If you have automatic payments set up with your banking provider, you will need to update the BPAY codes with the new codes that can be found next to the BPAY logo on the bottom left-hand side of your Unitywater Account. The previous codes will be turned off in the near future.

Set up an automatic payment from your cheque, savings, debit or transaction account. You will need to submit an Direct Debit Request Form (PDF) to Unitywater for this service. Find out more about direct debit.

Online – go to the Unitywater Payment Service to pay your account now.

Phone – 1300 047 763

Look for your Reference Number on the bottom right-hand side of your account, next to the MasterCard and Visa logos.

Please note: Unitywater will not charge a credit card processing fee for the payment of your Unitywater Account.
