Water quality
We work hard to ensure we deliver the highest quality drinking water. Our water meets the quality criteria of the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Australia Drinking Water Guidelines.
Meters
We want to make sure water use is charged accurately, so we require our customers to have an approved water meter.
Meters are provided as part of the new connection service. Meter readings are done on a fixed periodic schedule to maintain consistency.
