Water meters

When you apply for a new connection we will provide you with a water meter as part of the connection service.

Reading your meter
You can find out how much water you are using by reading your water meter.
Special meter reads
You can request a special meter reading if you think your last reading was incorrect.
Damaged and faulty meters
If your meter is damaged, missing, stolen or not working, you need to contact Unitywater.
Moving your meter
If your meter is buried or obscured you can ask us to raise or lower your water meter.
Locking your meter
If you would like to lock your meter, you can ask us to install a lockable ball valve.
Sub-meters
You can apply for sub-meters to be installed.
